Have you been feeling the stretching of your soul as the new earth frequencies initiate change within you?? These last few days has been a roller-coaster of highs and lows.
Winter Solstice/Summer Solstice can be an incredible opportunity for change, to confront fears and embrace the falling surrender into loosening control and trusting deeply in the delivery of your Creations/Manifestations.
Honestly, spent the morning weeping.
Last night, weeping.
Change makes me want to apologise, to hide in my bedroom till all is well again, to shrink down into the abyss and lay there for weeks on end.
I share this because it's true for me.
The spiritual journey is not all fluff and rainbows... it's embracing your power, your fortitude, your resilience by reaching into the depths of your soul to LIVE; it empowers you to be here in this physical body because that's exactly where you are meant to be.
You are the miracle.
Tears at the corners of my eyes at the prospect of ensuing growth and change for the inner environment that reflects on the physical.
Stepping into the next phase has been pulling me up into leadership, advocacy and ruthless exploration into what I am truly here for.
Priorities are spread out in front of me. I am so grateful for choices and opportunities and making decisions is at the forefront over the next few days as I deepen into soul conferences to move forward with my family, businesses and heart.
Always, my heart.
On the home front, escalating issues are creating a whirlwind of responsibilities and support for the children -- that I am hurdling over them without feeling as though I have enough time to process and plan.
But, we always have NOW.
A wise mentor that I was chatting with yesterday has opened my eyes up more to this kerfuffle of mental hurdles I am creating
Here's 3 choices that you can do to move forward with grace and open up your heart to let the codes ignite you:
1. Ask for spiritual support
Dear Universe, God, Source, or the spiritual belief that resonates with you. Thank you for supporting me through this transition and the unfolding abundance sprouting into my life. May my heart be open, soft and generous as I stand firmly in my truth. So be it, so it is."
Sit up straight, Close your eyes down, place your hand upon your heart, connect in with your heart energy, create an inner whisper (I am supported, I am grateful, I am supported, I am grateful), allow thoughts to be noticed, bodily resistance to be noticed, fears to be noticed, relaxation to be noticed. Finish when you feel called too.
Journal to integrate the experience into the mind and body.

2. Create a window of peace
When we are stuck in stressful situations and heightened emotions it feels counter-productive to make peaceful bodily awareness a priority. Find a window in your day to get a moment to yourself for 5 to 30 minutes.
Practice a quick body scan to actively relax each part of your sacred vessel. Standing up, start from the toes like you a slipping into a nice warm pool of water and allow that warmth to spread up from the base to the top of your head and then on the way down relax your head, jaw, shoulders, back, stomach, buttocks, legs and ease into the ground below. Do this multiple times in your window of peace.
