We travelled with Khadijah, the Mother of Believers, who was a successful businesswomen and powerful lady of faith that fully embraced the material world with her spirituality.

Discussions sprouted around wealth generation, being a female leader in male dominated settings in business, debunking myths and beliefs around soulful money.

I was so blessed to be gifted these two crystals, Aventurine and Rose quartz, from a gorgeous soul. So grateful to be surrounded by kind and loving women that give from their heart and follow those intuitive nudges.

I had to look up the healing properties for Aventurine. This is known as the luckiest stone, supports heart healing, and prosperity!! How fitting!!

We had a few ladies shedding a few tears during the meditation, synchronicities around abundance, gratitude for the launch of a business website, a pay rise, meeting with powerful leaders to enact change, new growth, and all the amazing inner healing that is making massive changes in intimate relationships and lowered stress levels.

There are a few changes occurring in my business to relieve the ickiness of functional business operations toward soul vision, voice activation and more joyful online offers that light me up.

There's been alot of revelations over this past month and in particular, the last few days with the eclipse that different areas in life are making me feel unhappy, limiting my income, hampering my creativity and soul growth.

Sharing medicinal stories

Sharing my lived experiences, stories and the ultimate wellness journey from suicidality, severe post-natal depression, adverse childhood experiences, the impact of domestic violence, sexual traumas, and the misdiagnosis of bipolar disorder to holistic well-being continues to be medicinal and a major connective factor in allowing women to know that they are not alone, to speak up, reach out and discover how to navigate themselves back to health.

There have been many times after speaking, workshops, events, circles and sessions that women have sought me out to say "that happened to me", "I thought I was the only one", or "I carried this shame and hurt around for too long because I thought noone would understand".

Intuitive meanderings guide us to remember...

Walking along the Tongariro River to move the body and boost my brain health.

Well, that's how it started...with vigour, with that urge to hike all day and escape the messiness of the heart...

To be honest, the word boundaries has never sat right with me. It makes me feel closed in. As though, my heart cannot breathe properly and there's too many gates to access me.

My heart is wide open with an amplified force of love.

I prefer to think of them as guidelines or signposts.

These signposts and guidelines determine who has the PRIVILEGE of accessing your body, your voice, your wisdom and your energy and this can be communicated and reaffirmed.

It takes practice to stand firmly, as a Goddess that understands her worth especially, when people are trying to draw you into their games and drama.

We do have a part to play in the dynamics of all relationships.

This is intertwined with the way we speak up for our needs, values, our bodies (ethereal, emotional, physical) and our mental health.

When I decided to lead my own way to wellness

It's hard to recall the version of me that relived past traumatic experiences daily, stumbled around numb to the world from a concoction of medications and consumed with self loathing.

If you haven't me me yet, I am Erena and I overcame adverse childhood experiences, sexual abuse, severe post-natal depression, physical, psychological and financial abuse through domestic violence and a misdiagnosis of bipolar disorder.

After I was misdiagnosed, I saw many psychologists, psychiatrists, counsellors and doctors.

I placed alot of faith in the mental health plans to "fix me".

I swallowed up all the drugs dispensed as they all professionally proclaimed, you will be on medication for the rest of your life.

I was scared with two young children; desperate to be a great role model for them and provide all that they needed.

I sat through hours over multiple years in talk therapies
- not knowing what the heck was going on
- distressed because I didn't trust them, the environment or myself
- heightened from a dysregulated nervous system
- disempowered with medication dispensed and the see 'how you go' approach (guinea pig style scenario) that included anti pyschotics
- unable to VERBALISE the silent terror that I lived with that was overwhelming me with survival stress
- unable to identify emotions or express the complexity of my inner landscape
- numbed from my authentic truth

It was the inner whisper of my soul that truly activated the search for being whole, complete and all of me.

"This isn't going to be your life and we will find another way."

After experiencing ongoing side effects from the multiple pills I was popping...my inner voice grew stronger and stronger.

"You will find another way"

The white lab coats continued to prescribe more medications to combat the side effects.

"You will find another way"

At one stage I was taking over 30 pills a week and that's a modest count.

"You will find another way"

I saw over five different psychiatrists till I found one that would support me to get off the medications prescribed.

Tapering off was extremely challenging and dangerous.

Side effects included suicidal ideation, pins and needles up and down my body, mind blanks, shaking, sweats, nausea, memory issues, headaches, dizziness, stomach cramps, physical fatigue, pain in various parts of my body, emotional overwhelm, confusion and more.

I still experience some cognitive issues and physical symptoms including infrequent pins and needles to this day.

At the same time, I started to embrace my spiritual journey and began accepting the parts of me that I had kept hidden for so long - the being that has prophetic visions, intergalactic wisdom, astral travels, chats with spirit guides, elementals, star beings, angels, animals, receives intuitive intelligence through sensory communication, telepathy, channeling medicine -- my natural mystic self.

I have had these abilities since birth and they have strengthened as I embrace more and more of my spiritual truth.

Meditation became my new prescription for health daily.

Creative expression helped me make sense of the inner amd outer world.

An holistic approach to living life well was PRIORITISED.

Support was ACCEPTED

Blessing Session - Acupressure and Energy Healing

Fridays are for blessing sessions and I had my brother, Jeremy Chan help me with digestive issues, a sweeping clear out of some ghosts from the past and some generational healing through acupressure and energy healing.

A fascinating experience.

Honestly, it's taken many years to accept healing touch.

If you have ever been dominated by another to the point of not knowing if you would live or die...you'll know exactly, what I am talking about.

You may have had the extreme reactions of revulsion stir up with terror making you freeze up, felt disoriented, disassociated or an excessive need to be touched healthily or not.

At times, I've felt overwhelmed with unfamiliar touch and it has sent me into emotional overwhelm.

It's almost laughable that when I have taken quizzes on my love language; physical touch is my primary way to receive and express.

Thankful to have moved through the processes of traumatic release, compassion and healing to arrive here to receive as a whole and complete woman.

I had never had this experience before and I was slightly scattered with new downloads pouring in quick and fast over the last couple of days so it was reassuring to have a confident, knowledgeable, clear and reassuring practitioner.

As Jeremy went around to various parts of the body to press onto the different meridian channels and utter sacred mantras I was intrigued with the sensations that occurred within me, the visions and colours that were floating in and the strange tastes in my mouth.

At many instances I asked what this pressure that I felt pain in related to and it was fascinating how it connected to different life patterns, energy that did not belong there, generational healing and so on.

There was one pressure felt in particular, that had me wanting to whack his hand away...there was alot of blocked energy there and it felt like sandpaper, I said.

It was related to an adverse experience from an abusive relationship.

He reassured me that "I had the mana to go with it."

That was the most magical and healing moment of the session. Thank you brother.

As I surrendered into the moment and opened my eyes the colour of the higher heart chakra was present and felt: divine unconditional love.

Soul Expansion with surrender

The power of your soul exceeds all limitations when unbridled and unashamedly, freed.

This morning in my meditation I was connecting in with my power animal, pegasus.

Tears rolled down my eyes as I realised how much I had been carrying.

I do, like a work horse, struggle under the weight of many responsibilities attempting to manage it all with brute force and sheer determination.

Again and again I recognise that I have to surrender my feeble and draining sense of control over outcomes and who I am.

There's a necessary unfolding as I collapse the pressure against the body of the animal.

Allowing deep restful awareness to nestle in close as I let my full weight sink into the stability of those four legs.

As I do so, I can sense that he is patiently waiting till our hearts are beating as one in full trust that we can fly.

Flying toward the central sun, over the oceans and back to the lands of my ancestors.

Trust that the journey with enliven you, whispers my heart.

When we descend and my feet hit the ground I am overcome with strength and vitality. I place my hand upon his head and with closed eyes...

I see the cracking open of the soul from the casing of a golden egg as white light bursts through.

I am unafraid as he stands near me.

When we bow down in humility and proclaim we know nothing; it's in the nothingness that we are deeply seen.

It really pisses me off that all the spiritual professional women that I work with have had disempowering interactions with professionals that did not listen, did not recognise their spirituality, told them alternative medicine was hocus pocus, been prescribed medications without any further strategies and teachings to not be dependent on them and stripped them of conscious and deliberate choices via chemical interventions.
