This Affirmations for Wellbeing workshop will enable you to follow a step-by-step process to create an affirmation that will improve your wellbeing.

Did you know that I gave up smoking by using an affirmation? I used this exact 6 step process to curb that habit.  A habit that I had been battling with for over 15 years quitting, restarting, quitting and never feeling like I was capable of ending this association for good.  It was impacting my physical health, relationships with others, and my business!! It had to stop and I was determined to find a way. 

This affirmation process was created because I had so many people asking me how to make affirmations and use them in their lives.  So I made an e-course that is accessible to everyone, easy to follow and available on any device. 

 

How it works

This E-course is designed to enable you to navigate easily through each section.  All the content is in easy to view, understand and simple format for you to enjoy at your own pace.

It could be devoured in an afternoon, a couple of days or a week or two.  The choice is YOURS!

You can watch the content and use the worksheets provided to create the affirmation that will improve your life.

There are printable templates and worksheets available. But if you do not have a printer — I have designed all printable material to be easily duplicated, recreated & personalised by YOU!

This is an easy, insightful and focused workshop that will take you allow you to form new ways of thinking, feeling and being in the world by following the process.

•            get in touch with your emotional needs for wellbeing

•            rewire your brain by establishing a pattern for change

•            find inspiration to focus

•            have clarity about the negative thought patterns that are circulating around your brain

•            explore feelings, thoughts, and beliefs from a different perspective

•            be accountable to yourself
